Despite how sought-after he is, he is incredibly responsive and will make himself available, even on short notice as he understands the importance of timing in real estate. It is very apparent that he wants to put every client in the best home for their specific needs. Eric's agreable yet realistic demeanor makes him a great intermediate during negotiations. He effectively builds relationships with clients and other realtors which has proven an asset in smoothing over any wrinkles.
