Cheryl is easy to work with, but will negotiate fiercely for a property you fall in love with. She is also very honest and realistic about the quality of house/apartment you're looking at, and won't try to sell you on something that isn't worth it. I would recommend her with my highest possible level of enthusiasm. During one particularly stressful purchase, (financing fell through on a Friday which was also closing day) she found people on a Friday evening to sort out a new mortgage, which worked out better than my previous broker. Every professional she has recommended during this process has also been excellent. I wouldn't trust anyone else with buying or selling a place.

Excellent listener, quick to see stumbling blocks, offer suggestions and recommend solutions that included qualified members of her team. A plan was developed and immediately put into action, beginning with an open house in early January, February an offer and sold in April. Cheryl is a wonderful human being who understands others, a great communicator and continuous learner. This was my second time working with Cheryl (the first was in June 2016) and I had an excellent experience working with her each time. Cheryl knows how to move fast in hot markets but also makes sure you're not rushing into something without having all the relevant details first. Each time we purchased with her the market was pretty aggressive and at times it felt very disheartening to see things going so fast and feel like we didn't stand a chance compared to more aggressive buyers, but Cheryl knew how to stay the course (and help me keep my calm) and in the end both times we found a dream property within a month. Will definitely be working with her again if we are ever buying or selling in the Victoria area. I highly recommend working with her.

She knows Victoria like the back of her hand, and listened to what our priorities were and found us the perfect place. She was incredibly honest and I trust her more than my own mother.
