<p>We found Cheryl to be most professional in her dealings with us. She kept us informed at all times of the developments and status of our intended sale and her advice regarding suggested changes in our asking price were most timely and very helpful. In the end, we sold the home for more than our original asking price. She was very hardworking and a real pleasure to work with. We would recommend her to anyone who is in the market for selling their home.</p>

My neighbour across the hall took 3 weeks (2bd, 1bth, 900+sqft, redone kitchen & bathroom, 4th/top flr) with a different realtor, listing within a week of mine and within $10,000.00 of my asking price.</p> <p>Cheryl had a stager come in and help me organize and clean; had multiple scheduled showings within the first few days; took the time to explain process and concepts; in the bidding war, got me the best price and even helped with getting me a lawyer.</p> <p>Cheryl was professional, patient and most importantly developed interest and worked hard to have realtors and the public know about my listing. She made the process as stress-free and seamless as possible. I couldn't believe how fast it happened.</p> <p>I have no doubt I will use her services again for my next purchase and definitely, for any future sales I have. I think she's one of the best, if not the best realtor in the city and you can't go wrong using her services.</p>
