We chose Cheryl Barnes to act as our agent in selling our Victoria home, with the intention to relocate to Vancouver, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. We are very happy that we did. Our initial interest was based on the sparkling reviews we read here, and on the great impression after our first meeting. She is indeed all those wonderful things that are already listed in others' reviews here, and more. I will not reiterate, rather confirm them to be true. Selling a home (during a pandemic) is nothing less than nerve-racking, and with her actions and expertise, Cheryl made us feel less anxious and protected from many potential worries. Thanks to her connecting us with an expert agent in Vancouver, we were able to find and secure the apartment of our dreams. Could not recommend more!
