Maybe we have nomadic genes so have in our lives bought and sold 15 houses. Sam Moussa stood head and shoulders above every previous agent we have used and most of them were pretty good. I high recommend Sam to you.

Sam came highly recommended to us by multiple friends. Right from the start, Sam always made time for us, and was extremely friendly, patient and accommodating with all of our questions and needs. We had 8 days in Ottawa to find a home in a very challenging and unfamiliar market, and had a 8 month old daughter in tow to boot. With Sam's help, we were able to quickly narrow down our choice of neighbourhoods, and Sam was able to get us into a few homes before they had even officially listed. His knowledge of market trends, conditions of homes, and objective advice were all very helpful and appreciated. This was our fifth purchase, and easily Sam has been the best realtor we have come across. We would gladly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a home in the Ottawa area, and will certainly use him again should we have to move another time.

<p>If it hadn't been for Sam we would have never gotten the home we wanted in this extremely tight Ottawa market. We were in Edmonton, and when the listing became available, he stopped what he was doing and went over immediately, assessed the property and advised us to make an offer. We did and just hours later sealed the deal. He was with us every inch while we were still in Edmonton, and when we arrived, gave us post move-in support. He listened to what we wanted, and didn;t try to steer us in what he thought we wanted. We've moved five times and by far this was our best experience at a purchase.</p>
