I have been using Sam for many years now, and currently working with him now to find a home for my parents. Sam is a fantastic realtor to work with! He adjusted his schedule to fit ours, always had information prior to looking at a house. He was always working to help us and always kept our interests in mind, and he found us a wonderful home!! Moving from Saskatoon to the Ottawa valley so worked with Sam from a distance. The experience was efficient, effective and enjoyable. Emails, video chats and a great online system for looking at potential properties with the ability to leave comments for each other. Sam helped us to find what we were looking for in a week. He obviously has lots of experience and helped us to identify potential issues to be aware of. He even went into the potential property and sent us a number of videos to get a better feel than the images provided by the listing agent.
