Moving from Saskatoon to the Ottawa valley so worked with Sam from a distance. The experience was efficient, effective and enjoyable. Emails, video chats and a great online system for looking at potential properties with the ability to leave comments for each other. Sam helped us to find what we were looking for in a week. He obviously has lots of experience and helped us to identify potential issues to be aware of. He even went into the potential property and sent us a number of videos to get a better feel than the images provided by the listing agent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam's service and we would definitely use him again if we look for another property in the future!

When Sam and I first met in late February, the market was entirely different and we both had high confidence that my home would sell well and quickly. His attention to detail, from professional photography, to staging tips, to implementing a showing protocol that met all of the recommended virus-protection methods, made all the difference.
