Mr Moussa was extremely knowledgeable of markets etc. as well was invaluable in helping us get our home ready for showing & esp. convenient were his contacts of professionals to aid us in the updates/maintenance we required to bring our home to showroom condition. We were thrilled with the entire process & very happy with the end result, which of course was the sale of our home at a price that exceeded our expectations. Sam hit it out of the park for us, twice! The first time was during a high-pressure house-hunting trip where we only had a week in Ottawa. Both times, in a seller's market when inventory was low/non-existent, Sam even managed to help us avoid bidding wars and get a great value for our homes.
