When Sam and I first met in late February, the market was entirely different and we both had high confidence that my home would sell well and quickly. Unfortunately, a few days before it went onto the market, Ottawa and Ontario went into a partial shutdown, due to the Covid-19 virus. Everything was changing! However, Sam had a plan and he executed it superbly, selling my home for over asking in just three days! He has a vast network of agents and colleagues and knew how to take advantage of the various social media platforms to showcase my home. His attention to detail, from professional photography, to staging tips, to implementing a showing protocol that met all of the recommended virus-protection methods, made all the difference. Throughout it all his unflagging confidence, optimism and good cheer helped to ease my anxiety. He is an excellent and thoughtful communicator, answering all of my questions quickly and completely, and reaching out pro-actively to check in with me and address any concerns I might have had. I can’t imagine anyone could have done better than Sam!
