I was a tenant in a house that Sam sold and had never met him before then. Sam is a great communicator and was always available and very responsive to our needs as a family during the showings period of time. We have a child with autism and Sam's extra care, compassion and flexibility really made a positive difference for us before, during and after the sale process. It also helped that Sam efficiently sold the house in a week. Thank you Sam.
