Sam was there for us all along the way from our initial contact to discuss our future steps to moving to giving us advice on our options, pricing of our home to knowing the best time to go to market to negotiating the sale of our home. There was never a question that went unanswered, never a time we were left wondering. Sam was always professional, friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. We felt very safe having not sold a house since the 90's - a whole new world with COVID to boot! Navigating the market during COVID and keeping us feeling safe paramount to Sam.
