Lindsie is a superb realtor! She is realistic and sensible, with an informed perspective, and good judgement. She is helpful and responsive and (almost) always available. She is a consummate professional who attends to every detail. When selling, she'll consult with you and keep you informed about the plan and schedule. You'll know what she's doing, and what you need to do, every step of the way. And she gets results: our unit sold for the highest-ever price in the building! When buying, she'll work with you to really understand what you're looking for (not just the specs like how many rooms, but also the subtler things that set one home apart from another) and she'll provide carefully selected listings. She'll also help you understand the micro-markets of the neighbourhoods you're looking at.

I've recommended Lindsie to several friends and would not hesitate to recommend her again. My partner and I appreciated the fact that Lindsie brings a critical lens on the condition of buildings and the financial management of stratas. It was great to find a realtor who's as selective and cautious as we are when it comes to buildings and didn't want to waste our time on lemons. Lindsie is a very clear, honest, and straightforward communicator. We never picked up any salesperson vibes from her and always felt we could talk on a human level. She also has a lovely way with stressed out people and is understanding about the emotional turmoil involved in buying a home for the first time and everything that's at stake. She was kind and patient when we were indecisive at the 11th hour of offering. We knew she was busy with lots of clients, but she always responded to us promptly and attentively. I noted in the Yes/No question that we didn't get the value we wanted from this transaction, and that's just because we bought at the peak of the market and got embroiled in a bidding war when we were trying to avoid that situation. Forces beyond anyone's control!

Did everything right. No pressure, either. Excellent staging, clear understanding of the market and very patient. Excellent agent. Highly recommended.
