Lindsie was truly amazing to work with. My partner and I were first time property owners and had know idea what we were doing. Lindsie walked us through all of the essentials and more while never making us feel uncomfortable or silly when we didn’t know something. We really appreciated her consistent, open communication with us as well as her expert research and knowledge of the market. She went above and beyond for us even though our situation wasn’t ideal, and in the end, helped us achieve the best case scenario when it was finally time to seal the deal. Where to start! We met Lindsie last year to find our first home based on the outstanding reviews we had read. The reviews don’t do justice on the outstanding service that Lindsie provided us. As first home buyers, we were on a rollercoaster of emotions. Lindsie’s knowledge, expertise and patience were amazing. The combination of being first time home buyers and the current state of the real estate market was extremely stressful. We were so grateful and appreciative to have found Lindsie to work with. Lindsie took the time to get to know us, get to know what we were really looking for, which was exactly the type of professional we needed when buying our first home. Additionally, Lindsie is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to not just finding a home, but also all the other stressful things that go into actually buying the home. The level of care and patience that Lindsie shows is quite remarkable. There were times in this crazy market where we felt like there was no hope in closing on a deal, but Lindsie showed such a level of professional and patience and always made us feel like there is hope, especially the fact we actually met Lindsie last year, and that shows such a high level of patience and care to work with someone for that amount of time, but we never felt any pressure to just purchase something that we were not comfortable with. For this, we are so appreciated of having lucked out to work with Lindsie. We finally found our first home and we could not be happier. Best decision we could have made regarding the sale of our home was to call Lindsie. We had been to a home showing in our area a few years back and were very impressed with the staging and professional handling of the home. My wife kept the brochure from that showing and placed it in a drawer. Years later and retired, we made the decision to sell our home and move out to the suburbs. My wife immediately dug through her stuff and retrieved that old brochure. Lindsie was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. She made us feel as if we were her only customers, which we knew certainly was not the case, but her friendly and accommodating nature conveyed that feeling. The day after that initial call we had our first video conference. Lindsie was very professional, honest and to the point as to what we could, or could not, expect selling in the current market. She was very knowledgeable of our market and had done the research, was up to date on trends, and buyers’ expectations. In the days that followed we met several times where we discussed the market, other properties on the market, previous sales, expectations and what needed to be done to put the property in the best possible light. Her Energy, Professionalism, knowledge, confidence, and understanding of our needs and the market we were specifically selling into, was invaluable. The results after we followed through with her recommendations were fantastic. The property looked amazing and showed perfectly, allowing it to be sold within a week of listing and at our hoped-for price. Very happy with Lindsie and would be more than happy to recommend her.
