I’ve purchased and sold many residential properties but our first bare land purchase was with Nichola. We knew nothing about them. Not only had Nichola been familiar with them, she was a pro. She knew who to contact and found information we didn’t know we needed. Nichola is extremely efficient, prepared, never late and very easy to get along with.
