Rhonda efficiently facilitated the sale of our existing home in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to use her services again. I highly recommend Rhonda to other sellers / buyers for several reasons: prompt, professional, courteous service, in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in the Summerside community of Edmonton, keen awareness of trends in sale listings and the overall market in general, and a "can-do" attitude in all aspects of her dealings with us. Selling a home is a stressful process and Rhonda worked hard to make the process complete smoothly and made sure we were fully informed every step of the way.

Rhonda was knowledgeable about military moves and working with BGRS. She helped us sell our Edmonton home quickly after listing, and responded promptly to our questions. We were happy with the service and would certainly use her again!

Ronda was very professional. She listens carefully and analyze what you need. She asked us what we want then she gave her comments and advise. She started showing us different homes that she knows we wont buy but she was listening to what we like and what we don't like.She formed an image of what we want. She then took us to the houses we like, whenever she sees a problem she let us know, if we were making a rush decision she asked us to slow down. Until we finally found our home. She was selling this house as well, it was a new listing for her. She knew we would love it. So she made sure that we see it on the first day. She represented both the seller and the buyer so she couldn't help us in negotiating the price. Overall we are very satisfied and we already recommended her to our friends. One of our best friends started calling her already.

Rhonda's experience and knowledge was very helpful. She also was encouraging as we had to sell in a tough market with a few setbacks along the way.she or her assistant responded in a timely manner each time we had a question or concern. She knows the city and market well and has good contacts and info for outside vendors needed. It was a pleasure to work with Rhonda again selling the same house we bought through her some time ago.
