Rhonda and her team were excellent listing agents. We can’t help but feel Rhonda over markets herself as “she sells summerside” doesn’t mean she will actually sell your house. I know the market is slow, but to only show our house herself a handful of times, in six months, we felt like we were one of her 100 listings. When speaking with Rhonda she spent nearly half of our conversation talking about all her other sales, and very briefly discussed ours.

<p>I have worked with Rhonda on the purchase and sale of two different properties over a period of 12 years; her knowledge, professionalism and dedication to every transaction was exemplary in every aspect. My most recent sale, occurring in 2019, was particularly challenging due to the real estate market in Edmonton, and Rhonda went above and beyond to assist me in deciding on price adjustments when and as needed, holding multiple open houses to generate showings, and kept communication open with me throughout the entire process.
