Whether you are buying or selling, you will be in excellent hands with Rhonda Navratil. This year we purchased a new home with Rhonda in Summerside. She invested a great deal of time and energy in helping us find the right home and we ended up buying one not on our original list. She quickly got to know our likes and dislikes and recommended the perfect home for our family. Honestly, no one knows the neighbourhood of Summerside better then Rhonda! She then helped us list our previous home in Millwoods. She is extremely well connected and our older 1974 home showed beautifully with her recommendations and top notch, professional photos and listing. It made me want to move in again! She negotiated a strong but fair deal for us and we were pending in less then 48 hours - sold with a backup offer within 14 days. As both a buyer and seller this year, we felt extremely well represented. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Ronda was very professional. She listens carefully and analyze what you need. She asked us what we want then she gave her comments and advise. She started showing us different homes that she knows we wont buy but she was listening to what we like and what we don't like.She formed an image of what we want. She then took us to the houses we like, whenever she sees a problem she let us know, if we were making a rush decision she asked us to slow down. Until we finally found our home. She was selling this house as well, it was a new listing for her. She knew we would love it. So she made sure that we see it on the first day. She represented both the seller and the buyer so she couldn't help us in negotiating the price. Overall we are very satisfied and we already recommended her to our friends. One of our best friends started calling her already.
