Had a excellant experience with Ryan Dutka and team. Made a house purchase very easy. Would definitely recommend to anything looking to buy or sell.

Ryan was the third agent I had gone to after the first two weren't able to sell my condo in a tough market. I had been sitting on the place for a year and a half carrying the mortgage so you know that I'm not exaggerating when I say that when Ryan sold my place, he changed my life. From a day to day perspective, Ryan and his team kept me informed with up-to-date notifications on showings, reactions from prospective buyers and made the whole process easy on my end while showing me how much work they were doing on theirs. I highly recommend Ryan Dutka. Save yourself the time, costs and BS from others and get him to sell your place.

Ryan Dutka was a great realtor.. he knew the housing market in our area very well and hustled to find us a buyer.. once we recieved an offer that we accepted(believe it or not, less than a week), Ryan took us easily through the next steps until the closing date.. as this is not the first house we have owned and sold, the best advise we can offer is to clean, clean, clean and listen to Ryan.. :)

Ryan was great in the process of selling our home with the market the way it is with so many homes on the market and our house being in the higher end of price range ($670000) we sold our home with in 6 months expecting maybe a year. There were constant viewings of our home. when it came time for all the legal issues he was able to assist and help with what need to be looked after. Ryan has now sold 2 of of properties for us .
