<p><br /> I am honoured to be able to write a review about Ryan. From the first minute he entered out home he was so very humble and considerate towards my property. The first thing I noticed was how gentle and yet wise and informative about all our concerns and questions. Throughout the term of our home being on the market his contact was maintained and everything that needed to be discussed was discussed with us, taking my instructions to heart and never trying to over ride by pressure, he actually took it all and ran with it. He is different and I believe his family values take a huge play in his career. He’s a people person with morals and ethics that he sticks to in his career. Ryan’s now sold many of our families properties and his name is one that we all agree comes with integrity and would care to pass on to anyone.<br /> Ryans communication was greatly appreciated. His staff as well as himself ..were always available. From start to finish he made this process so much easier on our end than ever anticipated.</p>

<p><br /> Ryan helped my elderly parents sell the only house they ever owned in Canada. He was kind and empathetic. They had lived there for almost 60 years. He understood the market, priced it correctly and sold it within days with a second offer in place. An excellent and lovely agent.</p>
