When we decided to list our rental property, Ryan Dutka’s name came to mind as we had seen many of his listings in other neighborhood which were sold in a reasonable timeline. We met with Ryan and another agent and decided to go with Ryan. Ryan was great to work with and he responded to us promptly. He provided advices and options for us to make decision based on his many years of experience in the real estate industry. He has a strong team that consists of a great photographer whose photos really show case the property in proper lighting, as well as an admin team who are polite and responsive. We highly recommend Ryan and will definitely have Ryan sell our next property.

And perhaps most importantly, he talked me down off a ledge many times and helped me keep my sanity throughout the whole thing. Happy to say he took a very rocky situation and sailed us through it wonderfully to the successful sale of our home at the end. THAT is the mark of a great Realtor. We are so very grateful!
