I had never sold a home before and Ryan went through every step with me. He was patient and he made sure I understood what was happening at each step. He is very honest about how he made the determination of how he got to the price of my house. He also refers very polite and professional surveyors and other vendors. I would and already have recommended him to all my family, friends and coworkers.

Ryan sold my rental property for me this year, as i was worried in a market that is not on the sellers side that it would not sell and if it did there would be offers way below market value. Ryan came in he priced it right, an offer was made and the buyers were very difficult in wanting this and that. Ryan did an excellent job in negotiating to make the sale.
