We were very impressed with his knowledge of the market situation, our neighborhood, and game plan for the sale of our home. As mentioned, this was a buyers market. There had been similar homes in our neighborhood on the market for several months. Ryan was very upfront with the difficulty we might have in selling quickly, and at a value that may have been applicable in a more seller friendly market. We appreciated his honesty, as this told us that he was being honest with us, not trying to sugar coat our prospects, and that he knew his business.<br /> The video tour Ryan's team put together was incredible !!
