Ryan helped my partner and I sell our house when we got posted to ON. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward and has great rapport! It was a pleasure working with him. He helped us understand the process of selling a home through the military/using BGRS. He went above and beyond in many ways. He set up 3D photography of my place, which helped ensure only serious inquiries went through with showings. This was invaluable so not to disturb my 1 year old son's schedule too much. He arranged 2 open houses. Ryan also supported contractors in accessing my place after we had already left the province. He worked evenings and weekends to assist us and ultimately made selling my house while not being in the province as seamless as possible. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team!
