Ryan is a seller. We tried with discount brokers and they did nothing. Ryan is much more aggressive and involved in getting a house sold.

He gave us Realtor knowledge and help to improve our home prior to it being sold.</p> <p>His professionalism was great, he represented us and our home wonderfully and we appreciated how well everything went. Considering it was winter and Covid restrictions were in full swing.</p> <p>If you're selling your home, Ryan is a great asset. Follow his lead, get your house set and let him do the rest.</p>

Ryan was an exceptional agent and very helpful throughout the entire process. Selling a house in the pandemic was already a nerve-wracking prospect, but he helped move the process along smoothly. He and his wife make a great team, and were very skilled in getting everything arranged to ensure the property’s marketability. Ryan especially has great skill in developing rapport with tenants, which was essential in selling a rented property. At times when things became difficult and it looked like the deal might not go through, Ryan remained level-headed and helped us make strategic decisions that salvaged the negotiations. His promptness and willingness to help us achieve our objectives with the sale were very much appreciated, and made for a great seller-agent relationship. We highly recommend him.
