<p>Team Martin are thorough, efficient, and professional. Very good at follow up with respect to subject removals and the like, going as far as creating simple lists which insure nothing gets missed and all is accomplished on time. Derek is up to speed with respect to technology, email, texting, docusign etc etc saving nothing but time and costs.<br /> Team martin are very good at marketing your home, using professional photographers for pictures and video, this does make a difference.<br /> Two friends of mine are builders who recommended Team martin, I bought my new home through them, then decided to sell my old one through them, it went in one day! We decided to also sell our investment condo, listed it with Team Martin and it also went in one day!!!<br /> What can I say? I will use their services again, no doubt.</p>

Charles has kept contact through out the years and Derek has taken on a major role in their real estate business. We had the good fortune of having both father and son with our recent real estate purchase. Derek was professional , courteous, and most helpful. Patience also comes to mind.
