This is our sixth transaction with Derek and we stuck with him for a reason. He is very knowledgable about the Okanagan and it was always so easy to contact him with any questions. Although we've just found our forever home and might not need him as our realtor for a while, I recommend him to all my friends and family.

I can’t express enough the beneficial support I received from Derek Martin. Right from the get go he was enthusiastic, approachable and very knowledgeable about the Kelowna area. We were from out of town and Derek always accommodated our timelines. I felt extremely confident with his skill in showing us listings; taking about our needs, benefits of location and seeing things we would have overlooked. Our final choice was more than we hoped for and Derek certainly supported us through the whole process and is a stellar negotiator—- never put any pressure on our decision making. <p>Team Martin are thorough, efficient, and professional. Very good at follow up with respect to subject removals and the like, going as far as creating simple lists which insure nothing gets missed and all is accomplished on time. Derek is up to speed with respect to technology, email, texting, docusign etc etc saving nothing but time and costs.<br /> Team martin are very good at marketing your home, using professional photographers for pictures and video, this does make a difference.<br /> Two friends of mine are builders who recommended Team martin, I bought my new home through them, then decided to sell my old one through them, it went in one day! We decided to also sell our investment condo, listed it with Team Martin and it also went in one day!!!<br /> What can I say? I will use their services again, no doubt.</p>

<p>Our first contact with Team Martin was 27 years ago, Charles Martin helped us find a place to live as we had just moved from Saskatchewan. Charles has kept contact through out the years and Derek has taken on a major role in their real estate business. We had the good fortune of having both father and son with our recent real estate purchase. Derek was professional , courteous, and most helpful. Patience also comes to mind.
