We recently moved from the Lower Mainland to W Kelowna. We had never met Derek, but corresponded with him through email for at least 2 years prior to the move. He always responded quickly to any queries we had on a property. He went above and beyond to find answers to our questions, and there were many over the years! Once we had found our property we wanted to purchase, Derek was on top of everything. He made sure we were aware of all required documents, timelines for paperwork and he regularly checked in with us to make sure all was on track. Derek was very helpful in setting up appointments and meeting with the inspector and contractors on our behalf. Derek was efficient and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of our move. No ask was too much. With Derek as our realtor, we had no worries from start to finish with the purchase of our home. We highly recommend Derek!
