We've had this investment property for a little over a year now; and while we've been wanting to sell...however the reluctance on our part was largely due to time limitations. With both of us working from home with two little ones not always able to go to school - the LAST THING we wanted to sign up for was the additional 'stress of selling' to our already busy lives..however, hearing all of the good things about James we decided to finally 'bite the bullet'.
