We were thinking of selling our property for the last couple of years but kept postponing it because it looked like a lot of hassle. Finally, when my husband and I decided to sell it, we contacted Dave Elfassy. He has a wonderful system and team. He was on it from the moment we called him and within days our property got sold. The entire process was so smooth and hassle free that it is unbelievable. He charges 1% commission but provides full service like staging, home inspection and photography. And on top of that there customer service is a top notch. His assistant Sevi was always available and patient to answer my questions. Also, his partner Melissa is such a pleasure and very prompt in her responses. As a seller we had no stress on our shoulders as they basically take care of everything and take responsibility and accountability for their job and ensure their client is stress free. We would 100% recommend Dave Elfassy and Team for their low fees, full service and customer service.

Sean Millar from the Dave Elfassy team helped us sell our condo right away and for max dollar. I knew Sean was the go-to person as soon as we had our initial sit-down meeting and he answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and he didn't overpromise anything.
