Melissa Bergmann has been by far the best agent we ever worked with. She was punctual and always greeted us with a smile. She is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help. She always answered our questions promptly either by text or by phone. I also loved how she carried shoe covers so we didn't had to take on and off our shoes. We saw over 30 homes in 2 weeks to find the perfect one. She was very flexible with our schedule and was ready to show us houses in different neighborhoods at any time. We had a tight deadline to find and move into a home within a month and she made it happen with her perseverance and negotiations skills. We are very happy with our new home.
