Melissa Bergman was not only knowledgeable and informative to the details of our sale, she was professional, she was organized and focused. Steve Hazout was our realtor and we highly recommend him! He made the process simple and seamless, especially being our first house purchase! Starting off, Steve sat with us to better understand what criteria we were looking for and how he can better help narrow down our search. After better understanding our needs and getting to know us better, he began showing us different homes and sent us various listings for us to review. Additionally, going to open houses with Steve was great! He made it so easy to look for deficiencies in the house, what to be mindful of and things to consider that we didn’t even think of!
