It was time to buy our new home after Dave and Melissa sold ours! During the process she always made herself available to drive around the GTA, and even out of the GTA to help us find the best location. She was quick at booking and scheduling our showings even when we were confusing her and changing decisions at the last minute! When it came time to buy, we were 1 of 13 bidders. She negotiated for 4 hours and the house was ours! She ensured we stayed rational and non-emotional. It was time to sell our home. Not exactly by choice but a decision that was made in a difficult circumstance for our family of 4. I reached out to Dave, a friend from a while back.
