It was time to sell our home. Not exactly by choice but a decision that was made in a difficult circumstance for our family of 4. I reached out to Dave, a friend from a while back. The very next day I had a presentation that was prepared for me with all the stats and details that would educate us to prepare for the sale of our home. Once we were in touch with Melissa, the difficult process began. To my surprise, her guidance, support and knowledge made a not-so-easy situation a success. From the day that we first spoke to the date of sale, she was in touch with us constantly. She ensured our house was appealing esthetically and at the correct pricepoint. From our first point of contact to the date of our sale, was 1 month. This including out prepping for the home, staging and marketing material. In this questionable market, our home was listed for 2 weeks and when needed, Melissa changed strategies without wasting a minute. We sold for what we hoped for and she was so well versed in the negotiating process and to our surprise, the whole psychology behind it all! We are so grateful we had her and Dave by our side. Our home went on sale “after” other home sin our neighborhood and sold before all of them.
