Sean and his Team of administrators, photographers, and inspector did an amazing job preparing and presenting her home for sale. There were many hiccups along the way, but I always felt like Sean was in my corner and had my back. I am working with Nicole selling the townhouse at the moment. When I first spoke with her, I got an amazing first impression with her. She knows my neighbor and this area and showed me her strong confidence about selling this house. I spoke with different agents but her presentation regarding selling can't compete with others. Her communication skills are amazing. whenever I have questions I contact her, she answers whenever she has time. It is very quick. I asked lots of questions and she replied nicely and very kindly in detail. I was touched that she prepared beyond what I expected with 1% commission. She is still working on selling this house but I wanted to write a review about how amazing she is doing so far. I certainly believe that she will sell this house very well and I will be satisfied with everything she has done.

We met with Ana Di Piazza from Dave Elfassy Real estate and at the first meeting we were confident that she was the one to sell our house. We met with few other realtors but she was the most courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and professional and always kept us updated with feedback of every showing. House was sold even before the offer date at over asking! Thank you Ana and Dave for presenting us for the biggest transaction of our life.
