We were referred to James from a family friend and we worked with him for 2 years to find our special new home. Luckily James was able to get us in to view a home that was not on the market and we were able to negotiate a fantastic price for it. I have known Sean Millar for a very long time - he has always been a kind, motivated, fun, and effective salesperson - so it was an easy decision to call him when we needed to sell my mother-in-law's house. Sean did not disappoint! He came to the the house and gave a concise breakdown of what should (and should not) be done to prepare the house for market.
