It was a very smooth and supportive experience having Dave and Sean selling our home. They put in the time to workout the neighbourhood details, market expectation, strategy advice and they really can SELL and they sell FAST! We don't feel pushed even in a buyers market and we were able to get the price close to expectation. We didn't know what would come out in this current market and we chose Dave's team for their reputation in this community and we got exactly what we hoped to get. I would go to them again for sure if I have a property that seems hard to sell, you won't be disappointed!
