<p>What can I say about Sarah that hasn’t already been mentioned?<br /> In choosing Sarah, I looked at online reviews. They were almost too good to be true!<br /> However, I had a time crunch, little time for research and picked Sarah! Our mandate was an odd one. We were helping our son to buy a place in Edmonton.....his wife ( our dearest daughter in law) had a stroke at the age of 27. So, we needed, a disabled friendly, safe, close to U of A and the hospital, cat friendly apartment....quite a tall order!<br /> Sarah was amazing, she found a number of suitable properties and helped guide us through the process of buying a place in Alberta, whilst living in BC.<br /> From start to finish Sarah was kind and professional.<br /> If you need someone to find you a property in Edmonton, Sarah is the person for you.<br /> I mean this very sincerely! Sarah suggested a selling price that was $50,000 over the assessment done by Riverbend Ricky. She was able to substantiate her assessment and was very thorough in her suggestions to make changes in our house for the best possible showing. She was excited about our house and seemed to genuinely like our house. Sarah was always reachable and responded quickly to any questions. Sarah was thorough in her marketing of our house and we had an offer two days after the sign went up and another offer waiting in the wings.we sold for 97% of asking price. Sarah also assisted us with buying a house out of province that gave her no financial gain. Sarah is professional, honest and trustworthy. You will never go wrong hiring Sarah.
