I contacted Sarah to help me buy my first condo. I didn't know what to expect but Sarah took the time to answer all my questions and gave me even more information then I would have thought to ask. Sarah worked around my schedule and was available whenever I needed anything.She is always bright and cheery and made looking at condos fun.I would recommend Sarah to anyone.

Sarah was the best agent we have ever used. She listened to us and heard our concerns. She provided excellent counsel in helping us set and negotiate the selling price. She worked with us to keep the emotions of selling in a strong "buyers" market in check. This enabled her to negotiate the best selling price and possession date we could have ever expected. We recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.

Sarah was a light for me during a difficult time, she was one of 4 agents I contacted to see who I could trust in selling the property, she had come highly recommended as 2 of my friends had been clients previously. What can I say, she knocked my socks off! She came in armed with so much knowledge of the area and the market, so professional with her research in a folder for me to keep. Her communication skills were great as I was going to be out of Country for the whole process, and even though there were time differences and hurdles she was able to guide me through the process and keep me up to date on the whole thing. I would recommend Sarah to anyone, and If I were local still, would tell anyone I knew if they were listing or buying Sarah will do right by them.

I am a VERY picky person and I think we saw over 30 units.... She was always patient with me and only wanted me to be happy. She gave her honest opinions when I asked and provided alternatives/cost comparisons every time. I really appreciated all her time and patience with me as a first time buyer.

Sarah was fantastic! After the initial viewing of the property Sarah gave very insightful feedback on the requirements needed to sell the property. Sarah was a pleasure to work with and was always proactive with feedback and commentary; she also responded to questions promptly. Thanks Sarah, you were amazing!
