<p>My wife and I recently purchased a property for ourselves (not for rental). Initially we had another realtor and we were so frustrated at him because, after 6 months, he was not even sure about the boundary that we were looking for. Because of that we missed some opportunities. A friend of mine recommended Sarah and how we got to know her. We successfully purchased a good house only after a few weeks working with her.</p> <p>She has all the good characters to be a successful realtor: hard-working, professional, enthusiasm, communication/negotiation skills, and much more. I definitely recommend her to my friends. I give her an overall of 4.9/5.</p>

<p>I have bought and sold numerous rental properties throughout BC. I was buying one in Edmonton but was unfamiliar with the market. Sarah was the best realtor that we have ever dealt with. (At the same time, we were also selling a property through a Remax realtor in Abbotsford and it was the complete opposite experience). We met with Sarah on a number of occasions. She was willing to pick us up at the airport and spent days with us, showing us numerous properties and neighbourhoods. Because we were unfamiliar with the areas, there was a lot for us to explore and learn. She was in patient and knowledgable. She was very honest and would communicate both positive and negative characteristics of each property, which we really appreciated. She was flexible when we changed your minds on places we wanted to view at the last minute and was incredibly accommodating. Her insights and trustworthy advice was incredibly helpful. Having Sarah as a realtor allowed for this process to be smooth, seamless, and satisfying. I would highly recommend, Sarah.</p>

<p>I had the pleasure of working with Sarah on both the sale of my condo and the search for a new home. I found her to be an excellent realtor who is very personable, skilled, and passionately does her job. For the listing of my condo, Sarah’s knowledge of the condo market/neighborhood helped with the sale within a couple of months at a very good price. During that period, she kept me up-to-date with bi-weekly feedback from the showings/open houses. Sarah also helped me find the perfect home after months of searching that began with looking at duplexes in the university area to buying a house in the suburbs. She was very helpful in pointing out the pros/cons of each home we viewed and helped me ultimately decide what I wanted in a location and a home. I always felt she was truly invested in finding the “right” house for me. When the right home came along, her suggestions on the offering price and negotiation strategies was invaluable. In the final stage of negotiations, what helped me with my final decision was her comment: “if you buy it or pass on it, you have to be able to sleep at night,” which is a testament of Sarah’s desire to make her clients happy in the long run. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to others.</p>

<p>Sarah was exceptional to work with from assessing the value of my property right through to the turning over of the keys. She took the time to explain the process of selling a house to me and what to expect. She kept me informed as the sale moved forward and even had some suggestions on how to proceed with the purchase of our next home. She was easy to talk with about any concerns I had. I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who might be buying/selling a home.</p>
