Steve Segal, A brief summary of my Real Estate career:

1992-2003

Employed by the Ghermezian family, and Triple Five Corporation as a retail lease negotiator at West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton, AB.
In 1999, I was transferred with family to Las Vegas, NV to oversee retail and industrial leasing and land sales as our company developed a residential community of over 300 single family homes, two apartment villages comprising of over 1000 rental units, approximately five million square feet of retail and industrial developments throughout the Las Vegas valley plus an additional three million square feet of retail centers in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.

2003-2012

After ten plus years working with the Ghermezian family and Triple Five Corporation, I chose to become an independent Real Estate Broker with Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS in Las Vegas, NV. It is here where my business evolved to include Residential Real Estate.
