If I could give Steve more than 5 stars I would. He helped me and my other half purchase a home in Alberta while we lived in BC. He went above and beyond for us - constantly negotiating with sellers, taking our calls at all hours of the day, he even drove all across the city multiple times for us to meet my family members to view homes for us. He was honest and made the process a complete breeze. We are so thankful for him - because of him we have found our dream home that we are so excited to move into in a few weeks.
