About Shane Zeyha
I am a lifelong resident of Grande Prairie. While I was getting my education in Grande Prairie I was fortunate to benefit from many local sports programs offered in our city. I played minor hockey from the time I was 5 years old to 17 years and occasionally still like to shoot the puck around. In addition to hockey I swam in the local swim club, played volleyball – school, club and college. I left Grande Prairie after 2 years at the Grande Prairie College and went to University of Alberta receiving my Bachelor of Physical Education, then after a short time attended Concordia University and received my degree in Education.
I returned to Grande Prairie to teach but also to marry Jane Farley. We have been blessed by 3 daughters – Helaina, Evangeline and Juliauna.
Although I enjoyed my time teaching and coaching Volleyball in Junior and Senior High I felt it was time to make a change for my family. So after much consideration and discussion with my family I took the Real Estate course and I have not regretted my decision to join my Step-Father, Bud to sell real estate at RE/MAX Grande Prairie.
I was voted by my peers as “Rookie of the Year” my first year in Real Estate and have achieved the prestigious award of Chairmans’ Club by RE/MAX Western Canada for several years including 2008, 2012, 2013 & 2014. In 2010 I received the Hall of Fame award and in 2013 I received the Lifetime Achievement Award. I feel my success has been not only through hard work, honesty, and being friendly and professional, but my connection to my friends and family in Grande Prairie. I know this community and my knowledge continues to grow throughout my career. I have lived in Grande Prairie for most of my life and would be pleased to assist you with my knowledge and connections in the Grande Prairie Real Estate Market.
