I got in contact with Shane after he was recommended by an acquaintance of mine. Shane did not disappoint, he was straight forward, answered all the questions I had, was knowledgeable on the properties we looked at and knew which properties I would potentially liked to steer away from. As a first time homebuyer his expertise was appreciated a lot. He helped me with finding home inspectors and laywers licensed for their respective tasks. Even after closing date he kept in touch to make sure everything was still going well. Overall a no BS experience which is highly appreciated.
