Born and raised in Dubai until the age of 17, with parents of Belgian and Indian descent, Mike converses in English, Flemish, Hindi, French & Arabic. He bought his first student rental property at the age of 21, and continue's to grow his stable. Today Mike has over 144 tenants in 18 properties (Multi-fam, commercial spaces & apartment buildings). He has done a house flip every winter since 2008 (deals are better, trades are cheaper). He understands the market because he invests his money in it.He has extensive experience in dealing with banks, tax sales and city involvement (building permits, rental licenses & landlord boards).
