<p>Mike was recommended to us as we were moving from Toronto, he was excellent. He listened to our needs of our family, and selectively showed us houses that sold and ones that were up for sale in a few different neighbourhoods with high ranking school ratings. He was patient with us and gave us help with all our questions throughout the process. His experience showed in the negotiation process, and we are very happy. We don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if you are looking for someone that looks out for your needs, Mike is the guy.</p>
