Hi Steve I would like to take a moment and reflect on my recent move to Thorsby from Edmonton and the journey of selling my home as well as buying my new home and the recommendations you had made in hopes that potential client's know what they are getting providing they use you as their Realtor.

I want to express my gratitude to you for being not only patient and understanding, but also for being honest and trustworthy, traits that are not always associated with Realtors these days. With me having a recent spinal cord injury everything seemingly frustrated me , when it came to preparing for a showing, and any repairs etc. that I had to do, even going out to look at properties would prove to be challenging at times, and we certainly looked at properties, you were more than accommodating when I would send you a list of properties I wanted view at a drop of a hat. I would say for a fact that you went far beyond what most Realtors would have done to make sure I found exactly what was right for me, no matter how many viewings it took and I would guess we viewed over 15 properties in 2 or 3 counties. Your evaluation of my home was accurate and your method of sales technic was accurate and produced a very positive and beyond speedy sale. I have to say as Realtor you are an exceedingly great choice. and as well I feel I have gained a good friend in the process.

I would also like to commend both of the recommendations you made for both a mover and a lawyer, as you had said I would be satisfied with Sol and Flex Movers, again I was satisfied beyond expectation, Sol was not only accommodating but he was friendly, honest and went beyond to ensure my move was completed quickly and with great care. not only was I more than happy with Flex Movers service, I was very happy with every member of their team, my possessions were very well looked after and protected for the move, and every team member was pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Flex Movers to anyone needing this service. Lastly I would like to touch on the lawyer you recommended, Leonard Dolgoy and team at Witten Law Group LLP, again Leonard was a joy to deal with as were the members of his team of which I interacted with, they were kind, and efficient at a reasonable cost and again I would highly recommend Len to anyone needing a lawyer.

So in short I have to thank you again for making this whole journey more then bearable, it was very well orchestrated once I took your advice on a number of items.
