I once worked with Stephen and Faye as a new realtor, the knowledge and guidance they shared was priceless. It was because of them I became a confident Real Estate Agent. Recently I decided to sell my house and relocate out east, Stephen became my realtor. The house got 2 offers in just days. Of course I wasn't too surprised, I knew I was working with the best realtor in the city. The end result was no price reduction and sold at full list price due to Stephen's tactics with negotiation. I was expecting a price drop due to some issues with the house. Stephen's passion, loyalty and dedication to Real Estate can not be beat. I truly appreciate their kindness and opportunity to have had to work with them both again. And if Nova Scotia becomes a future travel destination they have my contact :)

We are very pleased to have secured a sale at full list price despite the buyers wanting thousands of dollars off the original price following their home inspection. Securing an unconditional BACKUP offer was the key to ensure the first buyer knew they could not re-open negotiations. The result was a guaranteed sale on the seller's terms, not the buyer's.
