Ryan acted as our realtor for our recent purchase of our home in Victoria. We are from England, so this was our first experience of buying a house in Canada which felt a bit overwhelming at times. Once we decided on a home he was extremely efficient with the process of putting in our offer and arranging all the subsequent checks before conditions were removed. He had great recommendations for contractors he has good working relationships with and we were happy with all the pre-sale assessments carried out. He remained in regular contact until the sale completed, sending helpful moving checklists and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. In what is inevitably a stressful process, Ryan was an extremely reassuring presence and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Victoria.
