Ken recently helped my family bought a condo that was lower than our budget. This was our first time buying a property in Vancouver. There were a lot of things we didn't understand, but Ken always explained it to us very clearly and patiently. The video he made also explained the entire buying process very clearly. The home inspector he recommended was very professional and reminded me of things I should pay attention to in the future. My family was very happy and appreciated Ken’s help. I would highly recommend Ken to my friends, and I will choose him again as my realtor in the future.
