My home buying experience with Jonathan Amantea couldn't have been better! I heard about him through a friend who had recently found the perfect home and had really good things to say about him as an agent and as a person in general. When I first called him he found time to meet with me later that same day. Right away he started building a profile of exactly what I was looking for, and how much I wanted to spend. I was very extremely impressed by his wealth of experience and knew from this first visit that I had made the right choice in selecting him. I also learned lots of surprising and interesting things about buying and selling real estate during this initial consultation. By the time I got home I was receiving updates by email on ideal properties that were in line with the criteria I had selected. These updates contained lots of details that weren't available by searching online. Upon request, Jonathan was able to provide even more refined information and comparables on specific properties that interested me. In the days that followed I contacted him repeatedly with questions and he was always happy to take my call or answer my email. I ended up selecting lots of great places to look at - probably more than someone might normally want to see - and Jonathan got me in to see them all. After seeing so many places I still hadn't made up my mind and Jonathan encouraged me to take my time and keep looking so we booked even more showings. He was very patient throughout the process and offered great guidance thanks to his years of experience on both the buying and selling end of things. When I finally decided on which property to go for, he led me through the offer process and this phase was strategic and well organized. It felt so easy for me but I'm sure he was busy and working hard on the back end making sure that I was well represented and that all my concerns were met. And best of all - my offer was accepted and I was able to purchase a home that I was very excited about! I will be recommending Jonathan as an agent to all my friends (in fact I have already started doing so). What stands out most to me about him is the balance he has found between expert professional representation and kindness and compassion. He genuinely wants you to find the best home for the right price and in turn you want him to keep being successful and helping others have great transactions that they can look back on and be proud of.
