Over my years in real estate I have become a very strong negotiator and this is not lip service, my sellers have earned 104% of the listing price and buyers have been able to purchase a home at just 94% of the listing price. I pride myself in my marketing and prospecting using all types of media and social media to get your home out there for high exposure and a quick sale.
