I understand that buying and selling a home involves both of these important parts. I help my clients find their dream home to meet their life needs, while at the same time help establish a personal financial foundation for themselves.

Experience has taught me that no two people have the same real estate needs. Everyone has their own unique dreams and goals, along with different value systems on what is most important to them. I integrate this truth in my approach to deliver a custom experience to each of my clients. Over my years in real estate I have become a very strong negotiator and this is not lip service, my sellers have earned 104% of the listing price and buyers have been able to purchase a home at just 94% of the listing price. This alone can earn and save you 10’s of thousands of dollars to be used for other things. I pride myself in my marketing and prospecting using all types of media and social media to get your home out there for high exposure and a quick sale.
